Our three speakers are:

* Ron Kessler, an executive coach and long time leader in the Austin business community, gives some good insights into how leadership can be developed within the individual.

* Ed Goble, Associate Athletic Director for Business Operations for the University of Texas Athletics department, discusses how leadership is identified and developed in the sports world.

* Dr. Howard Prince, Director of the Center for Ethical Leadership at the LBJ School of Public Policy, discusses leadership development in the military and an provides an overview of research on the topic.
